We had the pleasure of working with Patrick last winter. As much as we liked working with him, it was a pleasure to only spend 4 weeks with him, as he quickly sold our home. Pat spent a large amount of time arranging the showing of homes that we had found ourselves on the internet. He patiently showed us all those then confidentially told us he was going to take us home. We went to the home that Pat had found for us based on our discussions with him. It was Home!!
After placing our offer and getting acceptance, Pat spent hours making all the closing arrangements, ensuring a quick and trouble free closing. Since I was relocating for employment purposes we were able to arrange our move and directly move in within 1 month of our purchase agreement. I plan on using only HIM if we need to relocate in the future. His knowledge of Maine Real Estate laws and needs of our family made this our best move Ever!
