Patrick Powers

I have lived in Yarmouth since 1985 and have had the privilege of working locally since 1995. 

In 1995, I started working in real estate with ERA Larrabee located here in Yarmouth. The company changed the franchise a few years later to REMAX Heritage. Throughout those almost 10 years, I was fortunate enough to work with a terrific group of professional real estate agents. The owners, the agents and the staff maintained a personal, friendly and professional learning environment. You know who you are and I thank all of you for those many years. I have also had the good fortune to work with so many wonderful clients, you know who you are as well, thank you.  I pray all is well and that we will stay in touch.

In January 2005, Powers Real Estate opened its doors.

I started the new company with the same goal I have always been successful with since starting in the real estate business eleven years ago. The goal is "to make a reasonable living, have fun doing it and make a difference in families' lives." I understand how emotional the purchase and sale of a home is.  Each situation is unique to the person or family that is undergoing the change. Whether the client is a new first time home buyer and very nervous and anxious with the process, or a senior who can no longer stay in their home of many years, I will take the time to listen and assist in the manner that fits your specific needs.  Even though there are many ways to meet your real estate goals, I have found that the only right one for you is the way that you feel comfortable with. Other ways may have worked for a friend or family member and that is OK, but I have found that there is only one right way for you, that is the one that you are most comfortable with as not everything works for everybody. I can help you find what works best for you.
