I grew up in
North Yarmouth and have lived in the
Greater Portland area all my life. I currently live in
Durham and have since 2000, and enjoy the town and its close commute to the office here in Yarmouth.
I have worked in the Yarmouth area since 1993 with various jobs. In 2000 I started my career in real estate at RE/MAX Heritage in Yarmouth. I was fortunate to know all of the Brokers in that office, to ask advice and learn from them, in the time that I was there. I became licensed in 2001 and found that I enjoyed the business and helping people with one of the most important events in their lives: buying or selling a home.
In February of 2005 I started working at Powers Real Estate. The convictions and values that the company represents are ones that I believe in myself. It is a decision I am certainly glad to have made.
As an agent I offer my clients my honesty which allows me to give trustworthy knowledge, attention to detail, a flexible schedule, and friendly personal service. My goal is to use my experience to make your experience of buying or selling real estate as stress free as possible and maybe even have a little fun along the way.
I will provide information and resources to assist in all areas of your real estate transaction. The recommendations will be based on our expertise and understanding of your unique situation. I will recommend companies; lenders, building inspectors, appraisers, etc. that I have personal knowledge of and would use myself.
